Job Description:

Overview:

As a Program Manager in the business delivery team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and programs aimed at driving offline org scale-up and distribution scaleup leading to higher productivity of this org. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of sales & operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with top management as well as regional teams, HR, tech etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership:
  • Take ownership of end-to-end strategic initiatives and programs designed to improve the distribution and market share in key geographies for the company.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Execution and Implementation:
  • Design and drive plans and initiatives around identifying new market opportunities, setting up distribution, driving fungibility and transition of the field teams to increased productivity, market share and wider distribution
  • Design and execute programs around ensuring top frontline talent constantly moves up the ladder and is engaged with the organization
  • Progress Monitoring:
  • Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress and performance for all initiatives and frontline employees
  • Regularly analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise progress reports on initiatives to top management.
  • Effectively communicate program updates, challenges, and successes to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure support and alignment with program objectives.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and proactively communicate changes or adjustments to the program.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program design and execution.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • MBA with Tier 1/Tier 2 college with 2+ years of experience preferably in a sales or field operations environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful program implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
