Studio Location: Golf Coarse Road Sec 54 , Gurugram Who We’re Looking For:Studio Urbarc is looking for a passionate and detail - driven Architect who had good hand experience on working on projects and Interior Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing dynamic team About Us:At Studio Urbarc, Ideas flow freely, coffee’s always brewing, and creativity never feels like workWe believe design is a journey — of continuous learning, evolving, and refining.Every space we create is a dialogue between form, feeling, and function — grounded in simplicity and crafted with intent.Who Should Apply Studio Urbarc is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing, dynamic teamWe’re seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in architectural and interior projects — someone who brings creativity, precision, and a great sense of design detailing to the table.If you love crafting meaningful spaces, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a strong eye for interiors, we’d love to hear from you Experience in working on high end residential and commercial projects is a Plus Your Role Will Include:· Space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.· Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software and tools.· Preparation of design presentations for clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations.· Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board )· Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations· Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations· Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects· Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts· Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design plans.· Site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work.What we are looking and expect from you· Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Diploma in Interior Design· Soft Skills : Demonstrable presentation with a attention to details and materials . Good Client presentation relations skills· Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray /Lumion/3d Max is a must .Process of Applying A.
