Job Title: XR Developer (VR,AR,MR)Location: PuneJob Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 0-2 years Salary Range - 8-9 LPA We are looking for an XR Developer with strong technical expertise in building immersive, interactive and data-driven extended reality experiences.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intelligent, responsive and visually rich XR applications across platforms such as Android XR, WebXR and mixed reality environments. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive XR applications for Android and web platforms using modern frameworks and toolchainsImplement and integrate 3D interactions, spatial experiences and real-time rendering workflows.Build scalable XR frontends using TypeScript and native modules using Kotlin for Android XRIntegrate APIs and backend systems using REST and GraphQL for data-driven XR environmentsWork closely with AI and data teams to integrate GenAI, RAG and Bedrock models into immersive applicationsDevelop efficient data management, preview and bundling mechanisms for XR assets and user sessionsOptimize performance for rendering, latency and resource usage across devicesCollaborate with designers, AI engineers and 3D artists to implement seamless and intuitive user interactionsConduct testing, debugging and iterative improvements to ensure high performance and reliabilityStay updated with advancements in WebXR, Android XR and immersive interaction frameworks to continuously innovate Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experienceStrong understanding in AR/VR/MR/XR development or interactive 3D application developmentStrong programming skills in TypeScript and KotlinProficiency in React Three Fiber, Three.js, Unity or similar XR frameworksExperience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for backend integrationFamiliarity with Android XR SDKs, interaction systems and spatial data managementUnderstanding of bundling, build optimization and performance tuning for XR experiencesKnowledge of 3D asset pipelines, scene optimization and real-time rendering conceptsAbility to work with GenAI frameworks (e.g., RAG, Bedrock) for context-aware immersive experiencesStrong debugging, problem-solving and performance optimization skillsExcellent collaboration and communication abilities in a startup-like, multi-disciplinary environment. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience with WebXR, React XR or Android XR extensionsFamiliarity with AI/ML-driven content generation and contextual data visualizationExposure to AWS Bedrock, LangChain or Retrieval-Augmented Generation integrationsKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern build/bundling toolsUnderstanding of interaction design, UX for XR and gesture/voice interfacesExperience with Agile/Scrum workflows and collaborative version control (Git) About UsWe are a fast-growing startup currently building a brand new product at the intersection of design, data, and emerging technologies.
