Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer at LSR InfraTech.

Position

Project Head / Manager (Civil Engineer Degree or Diploma with 5 to 15 Years of Experience)


  • Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
  • Project Estimation : Prepare detailed estimates for Civil Construction Projects.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine costs and provide accurate cost projections.
  • Site Management : Oversee and manage construction / Interior sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with designers, architects, and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status.
  • Compliance and Safety :Ensure all construction & Interior activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction/ interior sites.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of project estimates, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and clients.
  • Document any changes or deviations from the original project plan and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or related field.
  • Proven experience in project estimation and site management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction or interior design processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.




Salary

3 Lac to 6 Lac PA + Reimbursements
