The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel industry, with a strong background in finance operations, compliance, and business partnering.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisPrepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.Review monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.Recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.Accounting & ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per ITC and statutory guidelines.Oversee preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements, including GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.Cost Control & Inventory ManagementMonitor departmental expenses and implement effective cost control measures.Oversee inventory management across F&B, housekeeping, and other operational departments.Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining guest service standards.Team Leadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and accountability.Conduct regular reviews to improve team performance and process efficiency.Strategic PartnershipPartner with the General Manager to provide financial insights that drive key business decisions.Support initiatives for revenue growth, margin improvement, and process streamlining.Contribute to long-term business sustainability and operational excellence.
