Position Title: Analyst - Inventory Implementation.

Band Level: A2 Location: Pune, India.

Qualifications: Education: BE – Electronic and Telecommunication (ENTC Graduates Only)

Technical Skills:

1) Knowledge on Telecom services & Networks (Voice and Data Networks)

2) Knowledge of VoIP migration

3) LAN,WAN services / networks

4) Knowledge of Voice services like ISDN and trunk configurations

5) Microsoft reporting tools and reporting

6) Voice and Data service Procurement and configuration understanding

7) Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols

8) Knowledge of preparing technical documents for IT department for Automation of processes

9) Strong and advance excel knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Good Communication Skills , Problem solving attitude

2) Making sure internal processes documentation and checklist are followed and maintained timely manner

3) Scheduling timely manner training program with group of SMEs

4) Handling Client queries with due diligence

5) Review of SLA breach Analysis and root cause analysis

6) Creating Management Reports

7) Working towards Automation of Telecom Portfolio process

8) ETA and project management, work allocations and project priorities and deliverables

Skillset:

1. Excellent written, verbal and internal personal skills

2. Ability to work independently and as well in team

3. Self- Motivated

4. Knowledge in Telecommunications

5. Understanding of Telecom various telecom billing platforms Job
