Job Summary:


We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy a custom CRM system from scratch. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.


Responsibilities:


- Design and develop a custom CRM system from scratch, meeting the requirements of our sales and marketing teams

- Create a responsive, intuitive, and engaging user interface using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular)

- Develop a robust and scalable back-end using a programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python) and a framework (e.g., Express, Django)

- Implement features such as contact management, sales pipeline tracking, lead generation, and reporting

- Integrate third-party APIs for email marketing, calendar syncing, and data analytics

- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and conduct testing

- Deploy the application on a cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure) and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards


Requirements:


- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular)

- Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js/Python, Express/Django)

- Experience with database design and development (relational and/or NoSQL)

- Knowledge of CRM principles and practices

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control systems (Git)


Nice to Have:


- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)

- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Pytest)
