This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, architect, and lead from the front.You will:Own end-to-end system design, architecture, and tech decision-makingBuild and scale a high-volume platform powering AI-driven CRM automationLead the integration and productionization of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)Architect agentic AI workflows, orchestrators, and multi-agent systemsDesign and optimize pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and other orchestration frameworksArchitect and query vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma) for semantic search & retrievalImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines at scaleLeverage embeddings, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and prompt engineering best practicesOwn scalable infra involving MongoDB, distributed services, caching, queues, and event systemsCollaborate directly with founders on product & roadmapHire, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering teamTranslate business goals into technical milestones with a bias for actionWhat We’re Looking ForCore Engineering Requirements4+ years in MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)Strong experience in system design, high-scale architectures, distributed systemsProven ability to scale MongoDB clusters and optimize high-throughput data pipelinesDeep experience with CI/CD, containerization, and AWS or similar cloud stacksPrior leadership owning products/modules end-to-endStrong understanding of DevOps, microservices, and agile developmentDeep AI Expertise (Required)Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM applications in productionStrong familiarity with LLM orchestration using:LangChain / LangGraphHaystack, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworksProficiency with vector databases:Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, ChromaExperience designing RAG systems, semantic search, embeddings, chunking strategiesAbility to build AI agents:Tool-using agentsMulti-step reasoning and workflow automationAgentic planning and memory systemsKnowledge of:OpenAI function calling, model routing, fallbacks, tool integrationPrompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, LLM latency & cost optimizationFine-tuning, distilled models, adapters (LoRA/QLoRA), inference optimizationExperience with LLMOps (monitoring, observability, model versioning)Understanding of Kafka / Redis / WebSockets for real-time AI pipelinesFamiliarity with transformer architectures, tokenization, and model performance limitsBonus PointsExperience with MarTech / AdTech / CRM platformsHands-on experience with:Elasticsearch / OpenSearchEvent-driven systems (Kafka, AWS Kinesis, RabbitMQ)High-scale caching layers (Redis)Experience optimizing LLM cost/performance at scaleExposure to AI security, PII handling, data privacy & complianceWhy Join UsBuild a category-defining global SaaS productWork closely with founders and leadershipOwn meaningful product areas end-to-endJoin a fast-moving team with a culture of trust, ownership, and speed
