Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Business Partner at Ruhil Group located in Bahadurgarh. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals. You will provide guidance and advice on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will also ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and best practices
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • HR certification is a plus
