Research Associate Intern | Digiaccel Learning


About the Role

Digiaccel Learning is expanding its Research and Insights team, and we're seeking a highly motivated Research Associate Intern to join us. This is an entry-level internship position ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in business research and data management. The Research Associate Intern will assist in gathering, managing, and analyzing data across various business functions to support our mission of providing meaningful insights that drive the success of our core products.

As a Research Associate Intern, you will work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to assist in data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis. You'll play a key role in supporting the development of insights that help guide business decisions and improve learner outcomes. This Internship comes with the opportunity for full time offer at the end of the internship based on performance of the candidate.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and managing structured and unstructured data to support research and insights initiatives.
  • Support the Research and Insights team in analyzing data related to learner behaviour and competencies.
  • Research and explore placement opportunities with organizations for Digiaccel’s various programs.
  • Collaborate with different business functions to help translate data findings into actionable insights.
  • Maintain and manage data streams, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, especially for enterprise clients.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate research findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with the learning and enterprise teams to help track progress and ensure the effective use of insights.


Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to do in-depth secondary research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of data management and analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
