Job Responsibilities:


  • Stay abreast of global employment-related legislation and immigration laws, specific to health care to ensure the organization's global mobility programs remain compliant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and business/delivery teams to interpret and implement changes in processes augmenting global assignments
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of visa applications, work permits, and other required.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance-related matters thus optimizing sourcing to deployment Turn Around Time (TAT)
  • Conduct risk assessments related to global mobility activities and implement strategies to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
  • Advise on risk management strategies for cross-border assignments, including tax implications and social security compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and support functions to ensure seamless coordination of global mobility processes so as to deliver a smooth candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance to HR teams on compliance-related matters for expatriate and international employee transfers.
  • Conduct regular audits of global mobility processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including relocation services and immigration consultants, to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Stay updated with the policies and procedures related to global mobility, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals.
  • Communicate policies to relevant stakeholders and provide training on compliance matters.
  • Manage the immigration process for international assignments, collaborating with external immigration service providers and legal experts.
  • Prepare and submit reports on compliance metrics, issues, and trends.


Qualifications

Professional with "10+ yrs experience in Visa & Immigration Process for Nurses”. Strong knowledge Global Immigration and Mobility.
