This role blends Business Development, Sales, Consulting, and Project Management, with strong exposure to senior GCC leaders.If you understand the GCC ecosystem, have the ability to pitch solutions, build relationships, and close opportunities — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and drive business opportunities within the GCC ecosystem.Build and maintain strong relationships with GCC Leaders, HR Heads, CIOs, and decision-makers.Conduct detailed market research on GCC trends, expansion plans, capability areas, and competitive landscape.Lead end-to-end BD cycles — pitches, proposals, capability decks, and solution presentations.Manage client expectations, timelines, and internal deliverables across cross-functional teams.Collaborate with technology, delivery, hiring, and strategy teams to craft tailored solutions for GCC clients.Maintain sales pipeline, CRM entries, reports, dashboards, and forecasting.Stay updated on GCC ecosystem trends, industry shifts, and emerging capability needs.Willingness to travel for client meetings, roadshows, and business engagements.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of GCC operating models, capability building, and scaling strategies.Proven Sales & Business Development experience with successful closures.Strong Project Management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and CXO-level leaders.Strategic thinking with a proactive, outcome-driven approach.Confident, energetic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.EligibilityBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or IT Services.Prior experience with GCCs (selling, consulting, or partnering) is a strong advantage.Why Join People Tech Group?High-visibility role working directly with GCC leadership.Opportunity to shape and drive strategic GCC-focused initiatives.Fast-paced growth environment with excellent learning opportunity.Health insurance coverage (including spouse and children)
