Job Summary/ Job Opportunity:


Position: Associate Director-Claims Technology

Location: Pune(Preferred), NCR

Production Support management • Build and support Duck Creek technology platform capability within organization • Responsible for managing complex Platform and complex integrations . • Coordinate with multiple teams across the globe with Dev, BA, QA, and UAT • Planning and scheduling activities to ensure completion of the project within the defined timeframe while ensuring quality standards and optimal resource utilization. • Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are on time and meet defined standard. • Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs with focused implementation of process improvements and best practices within support area. • Motivate, manage, recruit and lead projects across cross functional teams

Claims Production Support • Build and support Claims technology platform capability within Organization • Responsible for Claims Production Support and Prod Support Team having Customer base across the Globe. • Ownership of Incidents/Problems and Technology management. • Coordinate across multiple teams for Short Releases . • Planning, implementing and scheduling activities to ensure Smooth production Support while ensuring quality standards and optimal resource utilization. • Responsible for Liasioning with external API Vendors and Base Product Team • Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are on time and meet defined standard. • Ensured adherence to SLAs/KPIs with focused implementation of process improvements and best practices within support area. • Motivate, manage, recruit and lead projects across cross functional teams

Relationship Management • Manage Client relationship and provide Governance on behalf of client • Liaison with prospective customers • Demo and presentation to customers • Attend meetings, seminars and brain storming at customer locations • Grow existing accounts

Key Capabilities and Competencies:

Overall Experience 16+ yrs • 10+ years Experience in P&C domain. • 5+ years Experience working in Delivery management. • Experience in Implementation and Production Support of P&C products across regions • 8+ years Production Support Experience • Extensive knowledge working in any Claims Product environment in capacity of a Sr. Technical Delivery manager. • Expertise in Claims • Excellent Communication Skills and Negotiation skills • Excellent Delivery Management Skills • B.E/ B. Tech / MCA - Full time from premier Engineering colleges. • Experience with ITIL/SDLC methodology. • Experience with onshore and offshore engagement models. • Excellence in Engagement management derived from outstanding communication skills interacting with various stakeholders

Qualification and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
  2. Minimum of 10 years in Insurance (DC Claims Preferred)
  3. Strong Delivery management skills and Production Support management skills
  4. Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders
