  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in agricultural science and incorporate new technologies and methods into practice.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and agricultural recommendations.
  • Collaborate with agricultural organizations, government agencies, and research institutions to promote best practices in farming.
  • Conduct field visits to assess crop health and provide hands-on guidance to farmers.
  • Participate in agricultural extension programs to educate farmers and the community on sustainable farming practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in agricultural research or crop management.
  • Strong understanding of plant biology, soil science, and sustainable agriculture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills:

  • Agricultural Research: Conducting experiments and research to improve farming practices.
  • Soil and Crop Analysis: Analyzing samples to determine the best strategies for crop yield and quality.
  • Sustainable Practices: Developing and implementing sustainable farming practices.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Certification in Agronomy or a related discipline.
  • Experience with modern agricultural technologies and precision farming.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in sustainable agriculture.
