About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (Cloud ERP). The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to technical development, integrations, and customizations in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and technical components in Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Create and manage OTBI/BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, FBDI templates, ADF Personalizations, and Web Services integrations.
  • Build and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage data conversion, migration, and loading activities using FBDI, HDL, and ADF Desktop Integrator.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Work closely with Functional Consultants and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, and client presentations.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members.

Key Skill and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OIC.
  • Knowledge of ADF, VBCS, and Extensions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle tables, technical processes in Oracle ERP modules like-Finance/SCM/HCM/CX.
  • Expertise in data migration, integration design, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud offerings (SaaS and PaaS) and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development.
  • Proven experience with 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Applications (optional but preferred).
