UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer at Insbix, you will be an essential member of our design team, contributing to the creation of visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces and experiences. This job description outlines your responsibilities, required skills, and the technologies you'll be working with.

• User Interface Design: Collaborate with the design team to create user interface designs that align with the overall product vision and brand identity.
• User Experience Design: Contribute to the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to enhance user experience.
• Visual Design: Design visually engaging and consistent layouts, icons, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure the seamless implementation of designs and address any design-related challenges.
• User Research: Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback.
• Design Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines and style libraries to ensure design consistency across projects.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX to enhance design processes and outputs.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX.
• UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise and test design concepts.
• Visual Design: Strong skills in creating visually appealing designs, layouts, and graphics.
• User-Centric Approach: Understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to incorporate user feedback into design solutions.
• Responsive Design: Knowledge of designing interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Creativity: A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to propose innovative design solutions.
• Time Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
