Taking a significant step towards enhanced pilot training in India, Simaero India is establishing an 8-bay, EASA & DGCA India ATO approved Full Flight Simulator (FFS) facility. Expected to open soon, this comprehensive center boasts a convenient location just 15 minutes from New Delhi's IGI Airport. The facility will feature advanced simulators alongside a dedicated classroom with Computer-Based Training (CBT) for a thorough training experience.


The junior simulator technician is employed as a trainee with the objective of becoming a Technician and is tasked with handling maintenance actions on the simulators. He/she performs preventive maintenance tasks and updates databases under the supervision of a simulator technician. He/she will be trained through on-the-job training under the guidance of the Senior Simulator Technicians.


His/her main functions are as follows:


  • Assist simulator technicians in analyzing and resolving breakdowns
  • Perform all routine maintenance and inspection tasks (including but not limited to preventive maintenance) on the flight simulators and associated equipment to maintain serviceability
  • Write and submit intervention reports on the CMMS
  • Ensure the safety of technical personnel
  • Report any safety-related issues within the framework of the SGS
  • Provide support to customers


Required skills :


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in flight simulator industry
  • Knowledge in electronics, computer science, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to interpret electrical, electronic, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge in using measurement/test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply...).
  • Knowledge in programming/automation is a plus.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in work.
  • Quality awareness.
  • Problem-solving oriented.
  • Staying current with industry and simulator technology trends.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good level of English (due to international clientele and technical documentation
