The Role:


Production Intern - Someone who is looking forward to developing their skills in editing, the process of film production and social media content.


Engagement Type: Full time


Important aspects of the role: 


  • Script assistance for Social Media reels and reviews.
  • Channeling  and following up on all projects for marketing support and keeping deadlines tight. This will include subtitle corrections of our webinars and other SM reels.
  • Editing - In-house editing for e-module customisations.
  • During pre-production of a module - help in sourcing all the props, costumes and consumables purchasing.
  • During shoots - work closely with our Line Producer as an Assistant Producer on set.
  • During post production - help in post-production supervision of all third party vendors.
  • Research Assistance for gamification and culture and compliance case studies.


Knowledge and Experience Required:


  • A good grasp of English as well as Hindi.
  • A trained film editor with their own editing system and softwares. (We would prefer a good working knowledge of either of these - Final Cut Pro/ Adobe Premiere Pro/ DaVinci Resolve/ Avid/ Pro Tools)
  • A creative thinker who finds the shortest point from A to B, without compromising on the quality of our products and services.
  • A course in film production is optional, but would immensely help.
  • Quick learner and efficient worker.
