Job Description:

• Technical and Solution Architecture, detailed design, prototyping and testing, in an advisory capacity or hands-on, including the preparation and / or authoring of related artefacts (documentary and otherwise). Formulation and implementation of Technical & Technology Strategies based on the salesforce.com suite of products and services.
• Detailed planning, coordination, management and execution of Technology Strategies to implement, integrate and embed Salesforce-based solutions in our client’s existing technology estates.
• Define and drive strategies and technology roadmaps as relates to the salesforce.com suite of products for the SFDC practice.
• Provide technical expertise and scalable solutions for strategic, multi-brand projects Build, test & implement complex configuration or coding to support projects & campaigns Advise technical best practise for marketing campaigns Expand the capabilities of marketing cloud by testing and implementing new functionality as it is released Work with the wider CRM & Data team to understand the CRM database and ensure that data is linked to marketing cloud appropriately Promote designs, standards & processes to support efficient & repeatable marketing operations Review Marketing Cloud reporting to ensure we stay within our contracted limits Understand global marketing consent rules across multiple regions and assist compliance Curiosity and energy - ability to understand the customer's true pain points and apply our solutions creatively to establish a differentiated architecture and solution Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied global environments Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment, understand and be responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines, work independently, and a willingness to take ownership of problems
