Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team at TK-Chain. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Python development, be comfortable working in EST hours, and possess strong leadership abilities to oversee and mentor junior Python developers based in the US. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and success of our software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of junior Python developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Proficient in building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
  • Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in EST hours. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
