Position – Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the marketing team’s in-house video production and editing specialist and execute a variety of types and sizes of video and motion graphics projects from within the department, as well as for various stakeholders throughout the organization.
2. Assist with the creation and/or editing of videos, animations, or interactive media for the company website, presentations, and for conference displays.
3. Create, maintain, and edit video and digital outputs like product explainers, recruiting promotions, internal communications projects, social media graphics and animations, and presentations.
4. Edit and enhance raw footage from events and other projects to produce and repurpose new material and compelling videos that meet project requirements.
5. Implement video and sound editing techniques, color correction, and visual effects to enhance the final product.
6. Experience with using and maintaining professional video equipment, cameras, lights, audio, and accessories as necessary for various projects available to shoot in the India office video production studio.
7. Work with the web team to create motion graphics and animations for new pages or features.
8. Work with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and product promotional content to optimally represent the same.
9. Serve as an advocate for the adherence to brand guidelines for all materials, internal and external.
10. Serve as a trusted partner and creative consultant to the department for video and digital media needs, responding in a timely manner to requests, and collaborating using project management tools in place.
11. Assist with special projects as needed, e.g. presentations for leadership, events, conferences, and more.

Technical Requirements:

1. Experience with graphic design software – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar.
2. Experience with video editing/animation – Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, Final Cut, or similar.
3. Portfolio in content design, copywriting, and quantitative & semantic analysis of content.

Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing/Online Promotional Campaign Management is a plus

The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, visualization, and have a creative eye in helping organizations grow their business and elevate brand awareness and integrity through video and digital content. They will be responsible for producing, editing, archiving, and delivering high quality video and digital outputs that primarily promote overall brand awareness, internal communications/recruiting, and more. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, fun, and has a deep knowledge of video production and editing software (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, and Apple Final Cut and Motion) and has a proven proficiency in editing digital videos and creating motion graphics and animations for various media.

CTC - INR 3-4 LPA

Reporting - Candidates will be reporting to the Director of Business Development, Manager - Corporate Promotions and Sr. Graphic Designer.
