Job Summary: Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the delivery strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronage
  • Build and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customers
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs
  • Utilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offerings
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely manner
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

Desired profile/who should join:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products.
  • Experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers
  • Years of experience: 5 to 9 years
  • Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree
  • Certifications: Any Insurance Qualification (preferred)
