Position Overview

As a Telemarker, you will be instrumental in promoting our products and services through proactive customer outreach and effective communication strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to educate potential customers about our offerings. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, scheduling meetings for our sales team, and nurturing customer relationships over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Calling

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
  • Build rapport, identify customer needs, and effectively communicate product benefits and features.

Training on Products

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver comprehensive training during customer interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information to enhance their understanding and interest.

Follow-ups

  • Follow up on initial contacts to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.

Setting up Meetings

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for our on-ground sales staff with qualified leads and interested prospects.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure timely communication with both customers and sales representatives.

Lead Generation

  • Identify potential leads through proactive prospecting and research.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize follow-up activities accordingly.

Training Support to Sales Employees:

  • Conduct training sessions over the phone to educate sales employees on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure sales employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively promote our offerings.

Event Planning:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as product launches, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event strategies, set objectives, and manage event logistics.

Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products, answer queries, and generate interest.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and schedule appointments for sales representatives.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into appointments or sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
