Job Title : Talent Acquisition Location: GurgaonJob Type: Full-time | In officeWorking Days - Mon to SatExperience: 1-4 years (Startup experience is a plus) Key Responsibilities:IT Recruitment:Understand technical job requirements from engineering/product teamsSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communitiesScreen resumes and conduct initial HR/tech screening (basic)Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer rolloutsHire for roles like: Full Stack Developer, React native developer, QA, Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, etc. Non-IT Recruitment:Recruit for roles in operations, marketing, sales, HR, finance, and customer supportWork with department heads to understand hiring needs and culture fitDesign JDs and recruitment plans for non-tech rolesConduct reference checks and handle onboarding coordinationRequirements:1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (both IT & Non-IT)Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferredFamiliarity with Excel-based trackingStrong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and referralsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyPreferred Skills:Basic knowledge of tech stacks (JavaScript, React, Node,Python etc.) is a plusExperience working with founders or hiring managers directlyCreative approaches to passive candidate sourcingUnderstanding of employer branding and startup cultureAbout the CompanyAt ZFunds, we are committed to providing top-tier financial services and expertise to our clients.
