The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and maintaining Siebel CRM modules for telecom-based applications, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and scalability across business functions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize Siebel CRM modules such as:Account & Contact ManagementAssistant Agent / Billing CarePartner Relationship Management (PRM) / Dealer ManagementWorkforce ManagementField ServiceDevelop Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI components.Implement and maintain CRM Order Management and EAI integrations.Design and enhance Siebel BI Publisher Reports.Collaborate with business analysts and integration teams to define requirements and deliver optimized CRM solutions.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and system debugging for Siebel applications.Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration management, error handling, and system security.Participate in RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) implementations (Preferred).Document technical design, configuration steps, and user guides.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development.Expertise in:Siebel Configuration and WorkflowSiebel EAI (Integration Object, Data Maps, Workflows, VBC, Web Services)Siebel CRM Scripting (eScript, Browser Script)Open UI customizationOrder Management & Product ConfigurationExperience with Siebel BI Publisher, Siebel Tools, and WebLogic server.Telecom domain experience is mandatory.Familiarity with RODOD architecture and AIA / SOA integrations (good to have).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Exposure to Oracle Database / PL-SQL.Understanding of Agile / DevOps environments.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/Bitbucket).Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams.If interested fill the details mentioned below and send your updated resume on varad@m3consultant.net
