Associate Client Partner – Lead Generation
Summary:
PTR Global is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Associate Client Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind lead generation efforts for US accounts, focusing on consistently bringing in Statements of Work (SOWs) on a weekly basis within the staffing industry. You will be responsible for farming accounts, executing cold messaging and cold calling campaigns, and nurturing relationships with potential clients while leveraging on Gen AI models and basic prompting techniques. If you have a proven track record in sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
Job Description:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the US market, with a primary focus on generating leads for staffing services and SOWs.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold messaging, cold calling, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client objectives.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Farm and nurture existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of Pinnacle Group's services to potential clients.
- Basic understanding of Gen AI and prompting would be a great add on.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the staffing industry in the US market and experience with lead generation and client acquisition, preferably with IT clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
