Safe Planet Group, a leading Australian energy company, is expanding globally. We are establishing our backend operations in Kolkata and are seeking a Country Manager to lead this exciting new chapter.


💼 Role: Country Manager – India (Kolkata)

📍 Location: Kolkata, India

📈 Growth Path: Head of India Ops → Director of India → Global Role

💡 Compensation: Attractive package with yearly and retention bonuses


Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage backend office operations (8–12 staff)

✔ Build and oversee compliance, admin, and digital marketing teams

✔ Drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

✔ Inspire, mentor, and retain high-performing teams

✔ Collaborate closely with the Founder in Australia


Ideal Candidate:

✔ 5-10 years’ experience in Operations / Compliance / BPO leadership

✔ Proven track record managing 20–50 person teams

✔ Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels

✔ Strong leadership and people management skills

✔ Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset
