We are on a mission to shape the next generation of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers.We’re seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Academic & Internal Facilitator with a flair for social media marketing to ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations and help us tell our story to a wider audience.Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Institute Management- Oversee daily institute operations, including classes, schedules, and facility management.- Ensure administrative processes are smooth, efficient, and well-documented.- Coordinate with parents and students through WhatsApp, email, and phone communication.- Maintain accurate academic and financial records.2. Inventory & Resource Management- Monitor and maintain stock levels of supplies, equipment, and course materials.- Handle vendor coordination and procurement to ensure timely availability of resources.3. Social Media & Marketing Coordination- Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.- Support in creating engaging posts, reels, and event updates.- Contribute ideas for improving RCDI’s online presence and outreach.4. Event & Workshop Coordination- Assist in planning and executing institutional events, seminars, and exhibitions.- Handle logistics, registrations, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless event delivery.What We’re Looking For:- Tech-savvy & efficient: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like Canva.
