Client Communication & Requirement Gathering (Primary Responsibility)Act as the primary point of contact for clients on functional requirementsConduct requirement discussions, demos, walkthroughs, and clarification callsUnderstand client business models, operational flows, and reporting needsConvert client expectations into clear, structured, and documented requirementsHandle change requests and ensure requirement clarity throughout delivery📋 2. Business Analysis & DocumentationPrepare and maintain:BRD (Business Requirement Documents)FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)User stories & acceptance criteriaProcess flows & system diagramsDefine workflows for:Admin panels & CRM modulesOperator dashboards & reportsPlayer lifecycle & transaction flowsMaintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)🧠 3. iGaming Domain & Admin Panel FocusUnderstand and document end-to-end gaming workflows:Player registration → KYC → deposit → gameplay → bet settlement → withdrawalDefine Admin Panel requirements for:User / Player managementLimits, roles, permissionsReports, logs, and audit trailsBonus configuration & game enable/disableEnsure clarity in operator-driven workflows, as the platform is fully managed via Admin Panel🔌 4. API & Integration AnalysisGather and document requirements for internal & third-party APIsDefine API flows for:Player & wallet managementBets, settlements, transactionsReports & reconciliationCoordinate with technical teams to ensure business logic is correctly implemented🤝 5.
