Job Location :: Trivandrum


Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring its alignment with organizational objectives and

compliance standards.

• Manage content uploads, organize learning materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to create

engaging learning paths.

• Design assessments, issue credentials or badges, and establish mechanisms for tracking learner

achievements.

• Monitor platform utilization and adoption metrics, generate detailed reports, and recommend

improvements.

• Support learners and administrators, troubleshoot issues, and train users.

• Contribute to content strategy development, driving innovation and enhancing the learning

experience.


Skills Required:

• Proven experience configuring and managing an LMS platform (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone,

Blackboard, etc.).

• Strong understanding of learning content management, instructional design principles, and

eLearning tools.

• Experience in creating structured learning paths and integrating assessments with credentials or

badges.

• Proficiency in monitoring and analysing content adoption metrics to guide content strategy.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple

priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and support

learners effectively.


Qualifications Required:

• Experience with gamification techniques and learner engagement strategies preferred.

• Experience with dental practice management and clinical-related content will be a plus.

• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards is desired.

• Background in instructional design is a plus.
