Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Agile Business Systems Analyst. We are looking for an Agile Business Systems Analysts with at least 3-4 years' experience continuously in a BA role. As a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, conducting systems analysis, and providing solutions to meet the business challenges of our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve gathering and documenting business requirements, performing process mapping, conducting gap analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience working in Agile/Scrum creating Epics, User Stories, Sprint Dashboards.
- Sprint Backlog grooming, driving business requirements analysis and review meetings.
- Work with business stakeholders and the Vendor, to identify, document and drive business requirements and product configurations, future state business process improvement, Gap Analysis, Functional Specs, solution design, level of effort and other related docs, as identified for the project.
- Great communication and facilitation skills with all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable with executives and can communicate in a non-technical language to business both verbally and in writing
- Act as the subject matter expert.
- Works on conflicting priorities, issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitates workshops, performs analysis of requirements, business processes, and solution design to identify functionality gaps, develop alternatives and finalize business blueprinting
- Creates UAT testing strategy, test plans, and business scenarios for use as test cases and manages the UAT with the business
Qualifications
- Business Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills
- Analytical Skills and Systems Analysis skills
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to perform process mapping and conduct gap analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience in the IT industry or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
