Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.


• Implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with external systems and applications.


• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports using JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.


• Work with the team to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Perform CRM system upgrades, patches, and migrations when necessary.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful CRM adoption and usage.


• Develop technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.


• Provide support for ongoing CRM maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.


• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and CRM architecture standards.

Required Skills and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development (Dynamics 365 CE).


• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services (REST/SOAP).


• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).


• Solid understanding of CRM SDK, custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.


• Experience with Azure services is a plus.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or related certifications.


• Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals or Field Service/Customer Service modules.


• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
