Overview:

As a Financial Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our financial operations. You will be responsible for executing various financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial management processes of the organisation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle the processing of financial transactions, including but not limited to invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and payments
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses to support decision-making and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within financial operations and contribute to their implementation
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting, Finance, and Procurement, to streamline processes and address financial-related inquiries


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in the similar role
