Company DescriptionPassion Farms is a nationally recognized cannabis brand and multi-state licensed operator headquartered in Houston, Texas.We operate: • Cultivation & distribution in Oklahoma • Premium indoor product lines from California • A nationwide THCA wholesale and B2B distribution network across the U.S.Our Bangalore-based digital, operations, and sales support team powers our expansion across legal U.S. markets through inside sales, content, SEO, marketplace operations, and remote revenue enablement.⸻⭐ About This RoleWe are hiring Remote B2B Sales Specialists (India-based) to support our Houston team and help expand Passion Farms’ national THCA wholesale network.This role focuses on B2B lead qualification, outreach, relationship building, pipeline management, and closing small–mid sized wholesale accounts while supporting U.S. sales closers on larger deals.No cannabis is handled or distributed in India.All work supports U.S. legal-market THCA B2B sales remotely.⸻Responsibilities • Qualify inbound & outbound B2B wholesale THCA leads • Outreach via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and CRM sequences • Present Passion Farms’ THCA products to retailers, distributors & wholesalers • Manage high-volume pipelines and move leads through B2B funnel stages • Close small-to-mid size B2B accounts independently • Support Houston closers on high-volume national buyers • Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, follow-ups, statuses, tasks • Conduct reactivation outreach for dormant B2B accounts • Prepare weekly pipeline performance and conversion reports • Work partial U.S. hours for live communication with buyers⸻🧠 Ideal Candidate DNAYou are someone who: • Loves speaking with people & building relationships • Has strong communication and negotiation skills • Thrives in B2B inside sales environments • Manages objections confidently • Learns product categories quickly (THCA, hemp, wellness, FMCG) • Stays organized with multiple leads & follow-up cycles • Takes initiative and owns your outcomes • Is hungry, driven, and excited about joining a fast-growing U.S. brand⸻Required Skills • Strong English communication (spoken + written) • Experience in B2B inside sales / SDR / BDR / telesales • Ability to close deals over phone + text channels • CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, etc.) • Persistence and strong follow-up discipline • Comfort with high-volume outreach (multi-channel) • Ability to work partial U.S. hours • Goal-oriented mindset with clear sales targets⸻Nice to Have • Experience selling to U.S. clients • Experience in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG B2B • Understanding of hemp, THCA, CBD, vape, or supplements • Experience handling smoke shops, wholesalers, or retailers • High-volume outreach track record (100+ touches/day)⸻Legal & Compliance NoticeThis role does NOT involve handling or distributing cannabis in India.All activities support remote digital B2B sales operations for legally compliant U.S. THCA markets.⸻⭐ Why Join Passion Farms? • Work directly with a fast-growing U.S. cannabis brand • Earn performance incentives and commissions • Build experience in one of America’s fastest-growing premium product categories • Work closely with teams in Houston, California, and Oklahoma • Clear career path into B2B Closer, Sales Lead, or Account Manager • Be part of a global expansion during a breakout growth moment
