Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the transformation of HR processes, systems, and strategies within the organization. ​​
  • Accountable for the design and delivery of all HR Transformation projects as per identified scope and objectives.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet the needs of customers and are consistently produced to a high quality.
  • Manage key stakeholders from the business including group HR managers, line of business HR managers and key representatives from each business area.
  • Maintain an outcomes and customer focus for the project, ensuring that it delivers its objective.
  • Ensure that appropriate controls and reporting are in place to manage the project and support program and group PMO needs.
  • This role is expected to structure and manage project work streams across the full project lifecycle to meet and exceed expectations. This will include management of delivery, budget, profitability, and scope as well as recognizing and managing risks and issues.
  • Lead the design and implementation efforts in optimizing and automate HR processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and develop recommendations for the design, development, and implementation of HR Service Delivery Models – including HR Shared Services and outsourcing models.
  • Work with the Head- HR Transformation and other stakeholders in designing and developing Target operating models for HR.

Profile Required:

  • Masters' Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on HR transformation and change management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
  • Experience in conducting process analysis and reengineering.
  • Knowledge of HR technology solutions and their implementation
  • Certification in change management or HR transformation (preferred)
