Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid/remote role for a Social Media Manager at Plus Curvves. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for -


  • Social Media Organic Community Building/Engagment through Campaign Ideation
  • Creative Ideas for Reels/Posts and Stories
  • Branding Story and theme should be present in campaign ideas
  • Research on Competitors/International Swimwear Brands and adopting ideas which can be leveraged well for Indian Audience 
  • Scouting Content Creators and Influencers relevant to the Brand theme for Social Media
  • Communation with Creators/Influencers to get the deliverables ready and post
  • Communication with Agencies for Marketing/Branding/Development work
  • Create Brand Presence on Social Media like X/Youtube/LinkedIn
  • Represent Brand in Exhibitions/Events
  • Customer Retention & Engagement Campaigns on Whatsapp/Email
  • Scouting and executing PR activities for the brand 


Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies
  • Ability to create engaging and impactful content
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
