What Are We Looking For?
- Strategic Leadership: Gain a deep understanding of the client’s brand, business, audience, and competitive landscape. Provide strategic direction to create and execute impactful digital marketing initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Spearhead high-level client interactions, focusing on performance marketing strategies, media planning, account growth, and revenue optimization.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of Client Strategy Managers while collaborating with analysts and technologists to deliver superior outcomes for clients.
- Project Execution: Drive internal projects to completion, addressing challenges proactively to ensure seamless delivery.
- Annual Strategy Development: Lead annual planning and strategy formulation for assigned client portfolios to achieve desired results.
- Versatile: Knowledge of Performance marketing platforms, eCommerce, Sports Arena
- Directly manage a team of account managers and ensure revenue target realization

- Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in operations, account management, or client engagement roles within startups or agencies.
