The HR Associate - Recruitment will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our IT staffing and consulting business. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to identifying candidates who align with our company’s values and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT professionals.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.


  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, application reviews, interviews.


  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria.


  • Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT staffing industry.


  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.


  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
