Shift Schedule: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday, On-site only — no remote or hybrid option)

Location: Kharadi, Pune – 411014


About the job

We are looking for Software developer working on managing our back-end services and ensuring a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a Software developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic. You will be working with a development team, coordinating with all departments.

This full-time role is open for an immediate start date, and we require an experienced Software developer who will be able to deliver on their responsibilities to help our business keep growing. Key Responsibilities:

You must be able to develop logical modules within pre-existing platforms

You can contribute independent modules to be used by other software developers

Prepare technical documentation and presentations for the team and customer stakeholders alike.

Build and release to the production stack every week

Work with the team lead to ensure that patterns for scalability, maintainability, and performance are developed.

Follow the process for software development, testing, and deployment.

Ensure that assigned user stories (requirements) have sufficient detail to be implemented properly.

Ensure that you have a sufficient understanding of user stories to provide reliable estimates.

Work with the project manager as needed to build requirements and understand software features.

Perform peer code reviews to ensure that code standards and proper architectural patterns are followed.

Attend daily meetings and status meetings with the team.

Make suggestions regarding improvements to the software.

Be an expert in the technology stack of the software project.

You should have a thorough knowledge of PHP and/or JavaScript, Node.Js, React.js, including experience in building custom solutions.

You should have the ability to solve complex problems with simple solutions


Requirements

Proven experience with PHP / Laravel, Node.js, JavaScript, React.js, jQuery, and Postgresql.

Must have 3+ years of strong backend development language experience: Node.js

Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap framework.

Experience in JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, React.js, Vue.js) will be an added advantage.

Experience in unit testing using testing frameworks.

Experience developing enterprise applications.

Experience with Mysql, Mongodb, RDBMS database development, database designing, and query optimisation techniques is required.

Solid understanding of AWS ecosystem deployment and related services.

Experience in rapid scaling of a web application.

Experience with version control systems (Github).

Experience deploying and maintaining production cloud infrastructure.

Experience using agile methodologies.

B.E/MCA in computer science or related field(preferred)

Nice to have experience with task management software (e.g., Monday)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.


Desired Qualifications :

Knowledge of any recognised PHP MVC Frameworks & Node.js

Knowledge of Client-Side Frameworks

Experience working on popular third-party APIS

Knowledge of Git or Subversion

Knowledge of Linux Environment
