What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales experience (preferably in SaaS or retail solutions).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for startups.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Understanding of mobile shop challenges and solutions.



The Opportunity

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Co-Founder to join us and drive our vision forward. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to expand our client base and establish Phoneo as the go-to solution for mobile shop owners.


Please note: We can't promise you a high paid salary or offices like Google or other Tech Companies, but we promise you a challenging job that "will" make you into a millionaire in the next 3 years. Simply put, this job entails being self-motivated in a fast-growing company.


You will be a part of the Core team and will be working closely with Co-founders (CEO). In exchange of your dedication we give you an opportunity to prove yourself and your entrepreneurial drive.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to onboard mobile shop owners to Phoneo’s platform.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Represent Phoneo at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve features and customer experience.
  • Be a driving force in shaping the company’s growth and vision



Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Research, and Marketing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Sales expertise
  • Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing role
  • Knowledge of the mobile phone industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
