💼 Professional Experience:Min. 1 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or junior project management roles — preferably within an IT services, software development, or tech startup environment🧠 Technical & Functional Knowledge:Basic understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall🛠Familiarity with tools like:Jira, Trello, Asana, Click Up, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), web/app development, or IT infrastructure.Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of IT and software development projects. You will play a vital role in bridging communication between Tech leads and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing IT projects across various departments (software development, web/app development, infrastructure, etc.)Coordinate daily project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.Act as a communication bridge between project managers, clients, and technical teams.Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or issues.Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.Help manage resource allocation and ensure team members are aligned with project objectives.Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations.Participate in client calls, internal meetings, and sprint planning sessions.Support Agile/Scrum processes where applicable.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management in an IT or software company (internship experience also considered).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies is a plus.Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.A collaborative mindset and the desire to grow into a senior project management role.🤝Qualifications & Skills Required: Soft Skills & Attributes:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between technical teams and managementHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitaskWillingness to take ownership and solve problems proactivelyA team player who thrives in fast-paced environmentsEagerness to learn and grow into a senior project management role Benefits:Growth-focused work environment.Supportive leadership and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.Career advancement opportunities for passionate candidate.Interested candidates can share CV on,Email : hr@bitnetinfotech.com
