We鈥檙e looking for aBIW Sealing and Glasses Design Lead to join our dynamic team and drive innovation in vehicle architectureExperience: 5 to15 yearsLocation: PuneNotice Period: Immediate JoinerJob description:Experience in Sealing and Glasses Design & Development at Automobile OEM around 8 to 15 years of experience. (Door, Tailgate & Hood)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Body-in-White (BIW), Door Trim and Vehicle Integration to ensure sealing and glass system compatibility and performance.Must have hands on experience in automobile domain having worked on BIW closure (Door, Tailgate & Hood) systems and their subsystem designs.Interface with suppliers for glass tooling, lamination, tempering, and encapsulation processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards for water tightness, air leakage, dust ingress, and NVHStrong knowledge of EPDM, TPV, TPE materials, extrusion/molding processes and optical distortion assessmentsCandidate should be experienced in Catia and PLM software鈥檚 like Team center.Sound knowledge of engineering and system documents like DFMEA, DVP, DFA etc.Good technical knowledge of automotive Sheet metal parts, manufacturing and assembly -process.Should be able to prepare & deliver presentations of the concepts/master section.Should be able to do tolerance stack up & GD&T added advantage.Hand on experience in Part development/supplier interaction added advantage.Educational Qualifications:B.E (Mechanical / Automobile) with 8-15 Years of experience.馃挰 If you鈥檙e ready to take ownership of high-impact design programs and shape the future of mobility, let鈥檚 connect馃摡 Interested or know someone perfect for this role? apply at Tanvi.More@hindujatech.com#Hiring #BIWDesign #BonnetDesign #AutomotiveJobs #DesignLead #MechanicalEngineering #Mobility #CADDesign #CareerOpportunityLet me know if you鈥檇 like it tailored for a specific company, region, or level of experience.
