Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an IT Recruiter/Senior IT Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant. The IT Recruiter/Senior IT Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and provide them with suitable candidates. Additionally, the IT Recruiter/Senior IT Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant will build and maintain a network of potential candidates, and contribute to talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Senior IT Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant for PAN India positions.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is desirable.
  • Should have closed niche skills and senior level positions.
