  • Application onboarding, provisioning deployment via Intune platform. Good knowledge on application packaging and MSI technologies.


Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement UEM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.
  • Design and configure UEM platforms (MECM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot) to manage devices, applications, and content.

Device Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of devices, from provision to retirement.
  • Automate device enrollment, configuration, and patch management.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences during device transitions.

Application Management:

  • Deploy and manage applications across different platforms (Windows, Mobile).
  • Optimize application delivery and license management.
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues.

User Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Implement self-service portals and personalized experiences.
  • Continuously improve user satisfaction with end-user device services.

Infrastructure Optimization:

  • Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network components for end-user devices.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of end-user devices infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an end-user devices Architect or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of end-user devices platforms (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows, etc.).
  • Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.


Additional Skillset – Good to have


  • Any experience of managing SCCM, MEMCM
  • Mobile device management technologies in a co-managed environment.
