Job Title: Business Analyst - Wealth Management
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Wealth Management to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, like Mutual Funds and Insurance products. This role will involve analyzing business requirements, preparing customer journeys, process maps, and wireframes, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of wealth management solutions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders to seek approvals on key decisions related to wealth management strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Wealth management / Capital markets
- Knowledge of Financial planning is preferred
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Must have strong Business Analyst skills
- Experience in Agile delivery.
- Have fundamental skillset in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Assist in prioritizing requirements gathered to determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
- Excellent communication skills & strong stakeholder management experience
- Communicate requirements to Stewardship, documenting and articulating the use cases to support the requirements captured
- Must have experience in working with any global bank.
- C&R (Regulatory & compliance) experience preferably MIFID experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in wealth management, like Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
- Proven track record of preparing customer journeys, process maps, and wireframes for wealth management solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in wealth management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
