As a Study Abroad Counselor, your role will be to help students stand out from the thousands of applicants who apply to top universities in the U.S., guiding them globally in planning their end-to-end study abroad journeys and gaining admission to their dream universities.


What You Will Do:

  • Conduct online counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad in the U.S.
  • Identify students' skills, interests, and career goals to guide them in the best possible manner.
  • Stay updated with U.S. university admission processes, requirements, and developments in education and financial aid.
  • Serve as a single point of contact, assisting students with the successful completion of all key milestones in the admissions process, including shortlisting, application submission, securing admissions, visas, and post-visa formalities.


What You Will Need:


  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counselor.
  • A proven track record in securing admissions for students at top universities in the U.S.
  • Familiarity with university programs, admissions requirements, scholarships, and financial aid resources.
  • Excellent communication skills: fluency in English and exceptional writing skills are a huge plus.
  • Technological proficiency, with confidence in handling CRM tools, Zoom, calendars, emails, etc.
