Your responsibilities


As a Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and driving a team of Cloud Engineers owning the responsibility of delivering the project within agreed timelines and budget
  • Designing, building and Managing Cloud Enterprise scale Cloud Landing Zones.
  • Deploying, Configuring and managing IAAS, PAAS and SAAS services in an Enterprise Scale Cloud environments like (GCP, Azure, AWS) using Terraform.
  • Developing and configuring CI/CD Declarative and Scripted Pipelines using Terraform and Groovy Scripts in Jenkins.
  • Managing and operating Kubernetes Cluster with Expertise in deploying, Scaling and Monitoring Kubernetes workloads PODS, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Persistent Volumes, Persistent Volume Claims, Ingress in an Enterprise Scale cloud environment.


Mandatory Skills

You need to have the below skills.

  • At least 8+ Years of IT Experience with Programming and Development background in any one of the high-level programming languages (Java, Python, .NET, C#, NodeJS).
  • 5+ Years of Cloud experience with Excellent Knowledge of working with IAAS, PAAS and SAAS services for at least one of Cloud Providers (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of Designing & Deploying of Cloud Landing Zone in at least one of Clouds (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of Cloud Networking, Security, Operations, Reliability, Performance in at least one of the Clouds (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Expertise of Deploying, Configuring, Managing and Operating IAAS, PAAS and SAAS Services in an Enterprise Scale environment in at least one of Clouds (GCP, Azure, AWS) using Terraform.
  • Expertise of working with Version Control tools like GIT with knowledge on Branching, Multi Branching and Multi Branching Pipelines.
  • Expertise Knowledge of Developing and configuring CI/CD Declarative and Scripted Pipelines using Groovy in Jenkins.
  • Expertise in developing Terraform, Terraform Module with hands on experience of deploying and Configuring Infrastructure & Services in Multi Cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS) Environment.
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting Terraform issues.
  • Adept Knowledge on Devsecops with good knowledge on tools, Services, and plugins to enable and configure a CI/CD deployment strategy for applications and infrastructure.
  • Expertise of managing and operating Kubernetes Cluster (GKE, AKS, EKS), with Expertise in deploying, Scaling and Monitoring Kubernetes workloads PODS, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Persistent Volumes, Persistent Volume Claims, Ingress in an Enterprise Scale environment.
  • Adept Knowledge on working with Helm Charts, ISITIO, ISTIO Proxy, Anthos & Service Mesh.
  • Adept Knowledge on Microservices Architecture and related Services in in at least one of Clouds (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Adept knowledge on financial domain and Experience of working with Financial Customer Projects.
  • Ready to work at least three days from office and accept changes as per organization policies.
  • Required to work in UK business hours. There may also be a requirement for on-call support and out-of-office hours.

Ideally, you should be familiar with

  • Certification on Cloud, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of working with Cloud Databases.
  • Knowledge of Deploying and working with CloudSQL, BigQuery, Data Flow, Airflow, DataProc and Pubsub services in Cloud Environment using Terraform.
