Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Anticipating of new technological projects and Budgeting (revenue -projects, capital and fixed)
  • Agreements and their renewals with support service providers
  • License renewals
  • Filing all scheduled statutory returns
  • Preparation for welfare related matters
  • Preparation of holiday calendar in discussion with works committee
  • Review legal compliance and performance of service providers monthly.
  • Review of various safety audits for further improvement
  • Mock drills organized for better emergency preparedness.
  • Payroll
  • Counselling and disciplinary actions- misconduct/habitual absenteeism
  • To establish good communication with employees through various committees and resolve genuine issues to improve and sustain industrial harmony.
  • To organize external audits-safety, labour/factory act audit, CGWA, Pollution control board audit
  • Monitoring of factory equipment and environmental equipment’s
  • Sustenance of OCH and annual health check-up of BAL employees
  • Employee Engagement- Scheduling and organizing plant level events.
  • BAVA- IR and Legal coordination and support and Clean India Mission


Technical/Functional

  • Overview and knowledge about the product
  • Factory related Statutory requirements.
  • Negotiating skills and Influencing
  • Good understanding of the psychological characteristics of employee groups and individuals
  • In-depth knowledge of IMS standards
  • In-depth understanding of plant context to carry out administrative activities / decision making related to employee benefits (transport, canteen, uniform), gardening, housekeeping, safety.
