Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SCM OIC Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and REST/SOAP Web Services. The role involves integrating and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Design, develop, and implement REST and SOAP web services for seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues related to SCM and OIC.
  • Ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of integration solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud and OIC features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits and optimizations to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on integration best practices and technical skills.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using OIC.
  • Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and other integration-related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, and related modules.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.
