Main accountabilities and tasks:

Support and deputize other KEs during introduction and learning phase

Perspectively take over primary as well as secondary responsibility for selected products based on KE responsibility matrix within EIBU

Maintain existing products in IQ Selector (SKB) and FPX Configurator (CKB) based on user feedback & Product Improvement schedule

Implement new and update existing products in IQ Selector (SKB) and FPX Configurator (CKB) under the umbrella of PD projects (Product Development schedule)

Handling of curve (hydraulic) as well as mechanical data, engineering tables, building product structures including options, relations, rules & calculations in SKB and CKB based on ePM and associated sales tools

Verify and validate all modifications to EIBU products on integration (test) server prior to release and communicate to end users

Support end users regarding product related issues (debugging, bugfixing)

Review and plan response and resolutions to Service NOW incidents and requests. Where necessary, elevate to Revalize/Intelliquip (Azure DevOps issue tracking).


Interfaces:

Internal: -STARS IT system administrators

- STARS EIBU business owner (currently Fernando Gimenez)

- Users primarily in Sales & Tendering (Flow Equipment, Services)

-Product Portfolio Managers (Oil & Gas, Power, Desalination)

- PD/CR (product owners), Hydraulics, ADVE, ORE, Procurement, Marketing

- SET team

- IWBU STARS team

External: -Revalize/Intelliquip


Desired experience and qualifications:

Work experience: 3-5 years

Expertise (e.g. professional, technical):

Education

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or Information technology with experience from pump industry
  • Mechanical engineering knowledge and pump background
  • Sulzer internal solution preferred, ideally someone with Sales/Tendering or Engineering background
  • MS Excel (mandatory), MS Access (nice to have), some experience with product configurators like STARS, SET, CPQ, SAP VC or similar (nice to have)
